Rich Franklin was born and raised in Brooklyn NY. His passion for technology led him to attend college in Upstate NY, where he later began his career in Wireless Communications and has settled at home with AT&T Business. Rich’s approach to client engagement stems from a deeply rooted desire to solve their problems, not sell them products. This ideology has helped him forge positive relationships in New York, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, North, South Carolina, Kentucky and Tennessee. Rich spends a great deal of time training both physically in the gym and mentally in the books, always looking for a way to be better today than he was yesterday.
