Bernie has over 20 years of experience in engineering roles in software and technology companies, with expertise in technology, customer success, and customer experience. Over that same time period, Bernie’s passion developed for home improvement projects. Having completed renovations and improvements across multiple properties, working with professionals, family members, as well as doing a lot of work himself and with his father. Through this experience, he realized that there is an unmet market need; a partner for your home improvement projects who is not only trustworthy and does great work but provides a great customer experience throughout the process.
Bernie lives in Ashland Virginia with his twins, a boy and a girl. Being outdoors, in any season, is what he loves to do. Born and raised in central Virginia, Bernie loves to hunt, play golf, snow ski, and find any excuse to play in the water. His other passion is coaching baseball which he has done for over 15 years.
