Jake Crocker is a Account Manager for Reliable Payments, a payment solutions and payroll company. Reliable Payments offers merchant services and point-of-sale solutions for retailers, restaurants, repair shops, etc. In addition, the company has advanced payment billing options for business-to-business companies including professional services, distributors, and contractors as well as payment solutions for online stores. Reliable Paymentsalso offers payroll and human resource services specializing in small to mid-sized businesses.
Before joining Reliable Payments, Jake was a marketing consultant and a restaurateur having owned many local restaurants and bars including award-winning RVA staples F.W. Sullivan’s and Lady N’awlins. Before venturing into the restaurant world he was a partner at Martin Branding Worldwide, handling brand strategy for many well-known Richmond area companies and organizations.
Jake is a graduate of Radford University with an MBA from Virginia Tech. He has been selected Top 40 Under 40 by Style Weekly and was voted one of Greater Richmond’s Best Entrepreneurs by the readers of Richmond Magazine. He is a proud native Richmonder and resides in The Fan District with his beloved wife, complicated cat, and delightfully disobedient dog.
