Ellen Spann is a certified home staging professional working specifically with homeowners who will be living in their home during the sales process, also known as an owner-occupied listing. Staging is a valuable marketing tool for realtors and homeowners because great listing photos attract more potential buyers. Ellen works directly with homeowners, meeting them where they are in the process. By using what they own and providing guidance with decluttering and packing, Ellen supports homeowners during this critical preparation time to create market ready spaces.
Ellen is certified through Home Staging Resources and began her staging and redesign business in Richmond in 2020. Her background in hospitality and the meetings and events industry has provided her with extensive customer care experience, and moving often for work has given her great empathy (and moving tips!) for her clients.
