My Direct Mail Vendor Guide is the only multi-family directory in Virginia. We are in growth mode and I am actively looking for other entrepreneurs in the US who would be interested in bringing a Vendor Guide to their city or state.
Three years ago, I mailed my first magazine in September during a global pandemic. I could have waited until after Covid, but I knew that I was laying the groundwork that would benefit property managers as the economy recovered.
