Melisa Ross is a Bethesda, Maryland native but has been in Richmond for almost 10 years (and never plans to leave)! She graduated from Virginia Tech with a Fashion Design and Merchandising degree. After spending time in the fashion industry, she switched gears to work in non-profit fundraising with a technology start up, followed by a professional organizing firm where she earned her Certification of Professional Organization and is now the Special Events Manager with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Richmond. She loves making a difference, connecting with her community and exploring everything Richmond has to offer.

Melisa is a huge fan of food - trying new restaurants and experimenting at home in the kitchen with her fiance. She has also traveled all seven continents and can’t wait to see more of the world. She is a huge animal lover and has a full house at home - a dog and two cats that keep her on her toes! Melisa loves meeting new people and making friends. She will also try anything at least once!
